{"id":3103,"date":"2026-01-28T19:16:52","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T19:16:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/?page_id=3103"},"modified":"2026-01-28T19:16:52","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T19:16:52","slug":"phactor-study","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/?page_id=3103","title":{"rendered":"Phactor Study"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A phase 2, open-label, multi-center clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of inhaled mosliciguat in participants with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD) on a background inhaled treprostinil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inclusion criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Age 18-85 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnosis of <strong>Interstitial Lung Disease<\/strong> (confirmed by central read of HRCT scan) showing diffuse parenchymal disease<ul><li>Eligible ILD subgroups: IIP, chronic hypersensitivity pneumononitis, CPFE, ILD associated with CTD<ul><li>FVC&lt;70% predicted for CTD<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evidence of fibrotic component and limited emphysema component<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmed <strong>pulmonary hypertension<\/strong> (PH) \u00a0by right heart catheterization (RHC) during screening with evidence of elevated pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receiving a <strong>stable dose of inhaled treprostinil<\/strong> by dry powder inhaler, stable for >3 months at the time of screening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to walk 100 meters in 6 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exclusion Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diagnosis of PH Group 1, 2, 4, or 5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnosis of PH Group 3 outside of disease subgroups listed in inclusion criterion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currently on <strong>PH therapy other than DPI treprostinil<\/strong>, including but not limited to: PDE5 inhibitors (eg, sildenafil), prostacyclin receptor agonists (eg, selexipag), endothelin receptor antagonists (eg, ambrisentan), or activin inhibitors (eg, sotatercept)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>History of intolerance to or lack of efficacy with mosliciguat or sGC stimulators or activators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evidence of clinically significant left-sided heart disease: PCWP >15 mmHg or LVEF &lt;40%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A phase 2, open-label, multi-center clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of inhaled mosliciguat in participants with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD) on a background inhaled treprostinil Inclusion criteria Exclusion Criteria<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-3103","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3103","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=3103"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3103\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3104,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3103\/revisions\/3104"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=3103"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
