{"id":3163,"date":"2026-06-08T18:26:55","date_gmt":"2026-06-08T18:26:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/?page_id=3163"},"modified":"2026-06-08T18:26:56","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T18:26:56","slug":"theseus","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/?page_id=3163","title":{"rendered":"Theseus"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability Study of Lunsekimig Compared With Placebo in Adult Participants With Inadequately Controlled Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Characterized by an Eosinophilic Phenotype<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Age between 40 and 80 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BMI of 18 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup> to 40 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Historical Blood Eosinophil Count of \u2265150 cells\/mcL.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>COPD Diagnosis for at least 1 year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-BD FEV1\/FVC ratio of &lt; 70%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-BD FEV1 > 20% and \u2264 70%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Either on Triple Therapy or at least LAMA\/LABA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 2 moderate COPD exacerbations (requiring ICS) or 1 severe COPD exacerbation (requiring hospitalization) in the past 12 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current or Former Smoker of 10 or more pack-years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must not have asthma diagnosis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No other clinically significant lung diseases besides COPD (e.g., sarcoidosis of the lung, Pulmonary HTN, lung fibrosis, lung cancer, ILD, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, or LRTIs within 4 weeks of screening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No lung resection ever.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be within acute phase of pulmonary rehab within 4 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be using continuous oxygen therapy above 4 L\/min.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No use of CPAP or BiPAP machines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Major surgery within 8 weeks of screening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acute Myocardial Infarction within 6 months of screening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heart Failure of Class III or IV per NYHA standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any arrhythmias or fibrillation of the heart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No live or attenuated vaccinations within 12 weeks of screening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No use of Azithromycin or other long-term macrolide therapies unless on for more than 6 months.\u00a0 The same goes for Roflumilast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No other unstable and clinically significant diseases of other organ systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No presence of parasitic infection, malignancies, immunodeficiencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Known hypersensitivity to any biologic therapy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be currently on any other mAb therapies within 5 half-lives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Known or suspected continued abuse of alcohol or drugs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability Study of Lunsekimig Compared With Placebo in Adult Participants With Inadequately Controlled Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Characterized by an Eosinophilic Phenotype Inclusion Exclusion<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-3163","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3163","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=3163"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3163\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3164,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3163\/revisions\/3164"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=3163"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
