{"id":3168,"date":"2026-06-08T18:31:34","date_gmt":"2026-06-08T18:31:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/?page_id=3168"},"modified":"2026-06-08T18:31:34","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T18:31:34","slug":"vigilant","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/?page_id=3168","title":{"rendered":"VIGILANT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">eValuating the Efficacy and Safety of InitiatinG depemokImab earLy therApy iN Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD) With Type 2 Inflammation (VIGILANT)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inclusion and exclusion criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inclusion:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age between 40 and 75 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BMI of 16 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup> or above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Historical Blood Eosinophil Count of \u2265300 cells\/mcL in last year.\u00a0 Requires at least 270 cells\/mcL at Visit 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>COPD Diagnosis for at least 1 year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-BD FEV1\/FVC ratio of &lt; 70%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-BD FEV1 > 30% and \u2264 80%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any kind of double or triple therapy stable for at least 3 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One moderate COPD exacerbation (requiring ICS) and no more within the past 12 months.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Should have evidence of other risk factors (e.g., CAT score of 15 or higher, FEV1 &lt; 50%, Chronic Bronchitis, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current or Former Smoker of 10 or more pack-years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signed ICF (Informed Consent Form).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exclusion:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not have asthma diagnosis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No other clinically significant lung diseases besides COPD (e.g., sarcoidosis of the lung, Pulmonary HTN, lung fibrosis, lung cancer, ILD, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, or LRTIs within 4 weeks of screening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No lung resection ever.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be within acute phase of pulmonary rehab within 4 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be using continuous oxygen therapy for more than 12 hours\/day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No use of CPAP or BiPAP machines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No other unstable and clinically significant diseases of other organ systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No presence of parasitic infection, malignancies, immunodeficiencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Known hypersensitivity to Depemokimab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be currently on any other mAb therapies within 5 half-lives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Known or suspected continued abuse of alcohol or drugs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No use of oral corticosteroids in the last 4 weeks prior to screening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>eValuating the Efficacy and Safety of InitiatinG depemokImab earLy therApy iN Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD) With Type 2 Inflammation (VIGILANT) Inclusion and exclusion criteria:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-3168","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3168","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=3168"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3168\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3169,"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3168\/revisions\/3169"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/hfhpulm.com\/info\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=3168"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
