Simtuzumab<\/a>\u00a0trial (RAINIER, Gilead sponsored) is actively recruiting.<\/p>\n

In brief, the study is a multicenter, <\/span>phase 2 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of a subcutaneous LOXL2 monoclonal antibody in patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) up to 180 weeks.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Roel will be screening clinics to look for potentially suitable candidates but would contact you to check if contacting the patient would be acceptable.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
If you have a patient who might be interested in the study, please contact Roel Almario<\/span>\u00a0 with the patient’s name and MRN , so he may discuss the study with the patient.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

We will be reviewing any possible cases\u00a0in Multidisciplinary ILD conference (there is also a central review process once patients have signed informed consent.)<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
