If you have a patient you\u2019re considering treatment intensification with roflumilast or azithromycin to reduce the risk of COPD exacerbations please contact Sheri Renaud, the research coordinator (<a href=\"mailto:srenaud9@hfhs.org\">srenaud<\/a><a href=\"mailto:srenaud9\">9<\/a>).&nbsp;
