Instead, right click the  message, and selecr &#8220;encounter&#8221; then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create a new note<\/li><li>re-route to anyone on that comment thread<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not use &#8220;reply to all&#8221;.
