\u2022 No more than 5 days from symptom onset before initiation AND
\u2022 Age \u226512 years and weight at least 40 kg AND
\u2022 Moderate to severe immunocompromise1 regardless of vaccine status OR
\u2022 Age >75 years and not maximally vaccinated2<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 No more than 5 days from symptom onset before initiation AND
\u2022 Age \u226518 years AND
\u2022 Alternative COVID-19 therapy is not readily available AND
\u2022 Moderate to severe immunocompromise1 regardless of vaccine status OR
\u2022 Age >75 years and not maximally vaccinated2 OR
\u2022 Age 65-74 years and not maximally vaccinated2 AND at least one of the following:
o BMI > 35
o Chronic respiratory disease
o CKD stage III-V
o Cardiovascular disease, including hypertension
