To add calendar to your iphone Follow these steps: From settings–>calendar–>accounts–>add account–>Other–>add subscribed calendar –>add the following link:

To add calendar to your Desktop Outlook right click “Other calendars” in your desktop Outlook. Then choose Add calendar –> from internet –> Add the link.
