Description:
There is a new annual Health Maintenance topic and plan called COPD Assessment Test (CAT). It is completed by doing COPD Assesssment Test (CAT) screening. Providers should complete the entire screening and generate a total score in order for the Health Maintenance topic to be marked as complete.
If the MA or nurse completes this test electronically in epic, it can be entered into your note with the following dot phrase:
