All new MICU admissions are to be presented to staff according to the following schedule:
Weekdays
7AM-5PM: Present to your assigned MICU staff. Afternoon admits must be presented to assigned staff as well. If staff is in clinic or has other duties and are unavailable, please call assigned MICU GAP staff. GAP schedule can be found in the “Staff Schedule” link here.
5PM-9PM: Present to the on-call staff based on the on call schedule.
9PM-7AM: Present to the in-house staff physician at West Bloomfield. If the phone number is not working, please ask the operator to put you through to the ICU On-Call staff at WB.
Weekends
7AM-9PM: New patients not presented on rounds should be presented to on-call staff.
9PM-7AM: Present to the in-house staff physician.
