1) positive covid test within 10 days AND 2) no more than 10 days from symptom onset AND 3) less than 6 liters oxygen need when initially prescribed AND 4) AST/ALT less than 5x upper limit of normal

Anyone over age 12 can now walk in to an HFHS Vaccination Center for a COVID-19 vaccine – no appointment required. People under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for both vaccine doses. For locations and hours, visit the OneHENRY COVID-19 Vaccine page.
