There is a new process for Friday Lecture Mentoring (for Lectures in Feb 2026 and later).
When these lectures are given by fellows, they will be reaching out to their respective Lecture Mentors at least within 8 weeks of their presentations.
Please see the Guidelines that the fellows and mentors should use for these presentations.
The goal of this new process is to ELEVATE the presentations given by our fellows to the level of National Conferences (ATS, Chest, SCCM, etc).
While each Mentor has their own style, these guidelines provide the minimum of what the fellows are expected to do.
Faculty can work with your mentees on more skills than the ones presented in these guidelines.
The fellowship program is in the process of generating a Feedback Form for fellows to receive feedback at the end of the presentation.
