A sweat chloride test and CF genetic testing can be ordered through the Cystic Fibrosis Center at DMC / Children’s Hospital of Michigan
Sweat chloride testing: performed at the pediatric CF center
Genetic testing: performed at the DMC Adult CF center.
To reduce any confusion for the patient, they can call the adult CF clinic, where the adult CF team can assist with scheduling both the sweat chloride test and genetic testing.
CF Nurses and Program Coordinators: Trisha Bondy and Joe Ramos (can help with scheduling the patient for testing)
