In the past, lung cancer referrals may have been delayed if done ONLY through RPO.
It is now requested that you
a) Place a consult request for an appointment via the RPO.
AND
b) Refer via Epic
- There is a pool in EPIC named “JFCI Thoracic Oncology Clinic”. Forward your note and the referral to this pool.
- The recipient of the pool include the nurse coordinators for Drs. Chapman, Hammoud, Ajlouni, and Rybkin.
