2D ECHO with bubble study reveals bubbles in left ventricle within 1 cardiac cycle (almost immediately)
Her ABG on 100% (at sea level) reveals: pH 7.4 pCO 45 paO2 250
Calculate her shunt fraction.
CT thorax with contrast reveals an oval, smooth bordered 1cm nodule with a feeding artery of 3mm.
