Under epic –> “My Reports”
Then click LIBRARY
Then search for “diagnosis”
There is a heading that says “Find IP Generic Criteria”
Under that heading is a search called “HFH Currently Admitted Patients w/Specific Diagnosis on Problem List” –> click edit.
To edit this search term,
Under the criteria tab, select the problem status and then change the diagnosis to what you want (can be AND or OR for multiple diagnoses.
To keep this search term choose “Save as” and save it. \When you go to the “My reports” tab there is a list of recent results. One will be the one you just saved. Click the STAR to make it yellow, and this result will now be saved.
