Starting March 8, the Henry Ford Hospital Campus will transition to a new system for Central Distribution Center (CDC), Environmental Services (EVS) and Plant Operations/Facilities (Plant Ops) requests. Non-emergency requests can be ordered through the iNeedIt icon (Green Man) located on your computer, which will be available after 9 a.m. tomorrow.
This tool can be used instead of placing a call to the Service Response Center (SRC) for non-emergency requests. It allows you to specify exactly what is needed and routes the request directly to the team that will perform the work. However, in the case of an emergency, please follow normal emergency protocols and contact SRC at (313) 916-1414.
