When seeing a new patient there are times when the name of the PCP will be “none”. Other issues may include not entering the referring consultants into the “care team” and other administrative duties that should be done prior to the patient arriving.
When this happens here are some contact names you can email to help sort that out.
Any person who registers a patient could add in the patients PCP. This could be the CSRs, the Contact Center, or RPO. The supervisors/managers of the above are:
