RELIANCE is a PCORI funded U.S.-based multi-center, randomized, 36-month, parallel group, non-inferiority, phase III study to compare the effectiveness of Roflumilast (Daliresp) versus Azithromycin using comparative effectiveness research (CER) methodology.
