Anyone over age 12 can now walk in to an HFHS Vaccination Center for a COVID-19 vaccine – no appointment required. People under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for both vaccine doses. For locations and hours, visit the OneHENRY COVID-19 Vaccine page. There are 2 new sepsis dot phrases which will go live in June 2021. These can either define time zero or make a statement that sepsis is not present. These statements can be utilized in your problem list or a general note.
